We and our partners strive to maintain accessibility conformance. Together we are committed to meeting the following accessibility requirements:

How we support accessibility

Docusign has a dedicated team of accessibility professionals. We understand that accessibility is an ongoing and long-term commitment.  To achieve this, we have a dedicated accessibility team in place, supporting multiple accessibility initiatives such as:

  • Annual auditing

  • Developer and General Accessibility training

  • Accessibility Champions Program

  • Governance Program to ensure accountability and commitments

  • User research testing with persons with disabilities with our partner Fable

  • Role-based Tasks guidance for content, development and design teams

  • WCAG Interpretation documentation

  • Standardized linting tools for developers

  • In-house “A11Y Kit” annotations tool to annotate designs 

We also utilize our Ink Design System to standardize accessible components in our products. When difficult decisions arise, we aim to prioritize the feedback of users with disabilities to determine the best course of action.

Our accessibility conformance

We strive to conform with WCAG using quality assurance methods. To ensure quality, we conduct user research using Fable, and we use an independent accessibility testing partner, TPGi.

How to report accessibility issues

Accessibility ensures that people with disabilities can effectively use and interact with products, services and environments. The Docusign Accessibility Team focuses on making sure our digital products are accessible in this way to all users. If you are experiencing issues not related to accessibility with our products or digital content, you can use our Support Center to find answers to your questions and contact our support team.

No digital product is perfect. If you have found an issue or barrier you would like to report, you can contact us at accessibility@docusign.com. Please provide as much detail as necessary including type of assistive technology used, operating system, product name, web browser and any other relevant information.
